Warranty and Returns Policy

Please follow these steps to handle a warranty claim:
High Stakes Rescue guarantees the quality of material and workmanship of the gear we sell. Should any of these products display defect in material or workmanship, we will replace or repair it free of charge.
Unworn apparel items — T-shirts and Hoodies — may be exchanged for a change in size, if needed.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications or alterations, regular wear and tear or aging (for example, UV radiation). In addition, damage to the products (for example, by sharp edges, very rough rocks, ski edges, contact with crampons or fire, etc.) are excluded from the guarantee. In such cases, we can arrange a repair service, which is charged to the customer.
Complaints / warranty claims for the products we have sold are handled by High Stakes Rescue.
Please clean the product if necessary and enclose a copy of your receipt.
Ship the product and the copy of your receipt to High Stakes Rescue at the address provided to you once you have notified us of the problem.
If the complaint is not covered under our warranty but can be repaired, a cost estimate will be sent to you and ask if you want the repair to be made.
After the appropriate processing, we will notify you and send back the repaired or replaced product to you.
